Auxilium Capital is an independent investor, with a long-term perspective. We invest in successful Dutch companies with a proven track-record. These businesses realise a profit before tax of between 2 and 6 million euro, and have untapped growth potential. Auxilium is looking for a partnership setting and has no sector preference. Our funds are entrusted by a selective group of institutional investors.

Companies that we invest in are led by entrepreneurial teams. Together with us, they are shareholder in the business they run. With these entrepreneurs, we formulate a common strategy aimed at realising growth. Taking full advantage of opportunities; that is our ambition.

Our team

Auxilium Capital was founded in 2016 with one clear mission: to strengthen Dutch SMEs with capital, knowledge and commitment. Our experienced team combines more than 50 years of expertise in private equity and corporate acquisitions with a keen eye for entrepreneurship.

We are convinced that our focus on long term profitable growth is well aligned with good stewardship on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.
