BS&F is committed to improve and connect social security and healthcare in over 300 municipalities, through an innovative IT platform. Furthermore, BS&F supports, and advises governments, health insurers, patient organisations and interest groups with issues regarding healthcare and social security. In 2018, Auxilium Capital invested in BS&F.
In a period of 6 years, BS&F has grown from ~15 employees to nearly 50 employees, and from an insurance policy intermediary to an all-round innovative service provider in the social domain. The broadening of (more licence-driven) services was partly achieved through 3 successful strategic acquisitions in a new domain. A successful management succession also took place during this period.
In 2024, the company was sold to Ecclesia Group, the largest financial advisor in Germany. It fits in with Ecclesia’s strategy to become a major player in the field of financial advice in the public sector in the Netherlands.
